Individual Instruction in Meditation

For those who prefer to study individually, hour long sessions are provided. The student has the opportunity to create a customized plan for meditation, drawing on one or more of the many styles of meditation available. Readings are suggested as well as the opportunity to experience and explore various meditative approaches such as mantra, meditation on the breath, mudra, mandala, and music. Handouts are offered as a way to approach meditation for the purpose of manifesting goals as well as attaining greater inner peace. This approach offers focus for the individual and a gentle accountability.
